Sourdough Focaccia JAN 25th 12PM-2PM

Whether you’re completely new to sourdough or looking to expand your skills, this class will guide you step by step through the process of crafting this flavorful favorite.
You’ll also learn how to maintain and use a sourdough starter, mix and ferment the perfect dough, prepare focaccia for baking, and explore creative topping ideas to make your focaccia unique. I’ll also share tips for achieving a beautifully golden crust and perfect texture. We will bake a couple of focaccias in class and then observe its flavor profile. This class also includes a recipe for my focaccia dipping oil that is absolutely delicious!
